ajax morozov was the definition of a young soul. despite wandering around the world of free roaming spirits for a few millenia, he was able to keep up to date with the latest information. after all, there was a constant influx of souls entering the free roaming land, and ajax was quite the social butterfly. he did not find it hard to connect with others, even if solely on a superifical level. he was someone who was easy to get along with, someone who did his best to not take life too seriously. for as long as his soul had been around, there came a point where life - or the lack thereof - truly became not that serious. ajax often found himself inside of the hall of reflection, offering himself as a place for others to pour their heart onto as they lamented on about their past lives. it was easy to provide comfort to them with his years of experience, but ajax had his own motivations for listening. being able to hear the points of views of all these different people, listening to the lives they lived ... it intrigued ajax on multiple different levels, especially compared to his own. for ajax, he felt that there was a part of him that was detached from everyone else. perhaps it was his whole being. compared to all who entered the world of free roaming spirits, even among those who flitted between their own realm and the free roaming land, ajax felt as if he did not belong. he knew that he would most likely feel more at home within hell, a lawless land for the dead; but for the millenias that ajax's soul had been laid to rest, he could not bring himself to step through this spectral gates. it would be admitting that his soul was tainted, unsuitable for the ethereal skies that soared above the free roaming lands. ajax could admit that to himself late at night, the temperatureless wind somehow sending a chill down his spine; however, to truly live his life tainted was a whole other story. one that meant leaving the part of himself behind that he so desperately attempted to hold on to.
